In the 27+ years that I've been in the health and wellness industry, I've seen a lot of dog-and-pony shows and have come across numerous snake-oil salesmen and I must say that this is the only thing that I've seen and experienced, that actually does what it claims and does it everytime. I wasn't sleeping, I would wake up daily with headaches, stiff necks and low back pains. Within two weeks, not only was I sleeping more deeply, my headaches, back pain and stiff necks were GONE and haven't recurred and it's been over nine months since I first got my MRS2000. In addition, I was drinking almost two pots of coffee daily because I was so exhausted and I needed to keep awake, well, witin the first week, I simply didn't need coffee for energy, because I had become so energized from the mat that now I may only drink a cup - because I like the taste, but no longer feel exhausted. I had some psoriasis on my finger for over three years, and nothing helped, not even cortisone cream. After a month, I looked at my finger, surprised that I hadn't felt a flare-up in quite a while, and to my amazement, saw that it was completely gone...I had real, soft, skin in place of the cracked, dry, scaley skin that would so often irritate me. I had also gone through bouts of depression and anxiety for many reasons and thankfully, the Depression is no longer an issue and I haven't had an anxiety attack for over a year whereas I was having severe attacks almost three or four times a year. I even had a numbing on my left thigh for over thirteen years. Within the last six months, I felt a lot of sensation in that area on my thigh while on the mat, (usually one doesn't feel anything much while lying on it), and now I have feeling in my thigh! Even my nails are growing back faster and harder, so I know that my bones are getting stronger, (more calcium). These are just some of my experiences.
